| Abstract: | In this report, the existing countryside ecological environment problems such as basic conditions and farmers consciousness were discussed, and the importance of accelerating the construction of the rural ecological was emphasized. Some suggestions such as strengthening the town enterprise comprehensive environment straight- ening, developing ecological agriculture, and developing ecological civilization education etc. were proposed. Based on the rural ecological environment situation and characteristics in china, a model which was suitable for the actual conditions of the rural in China was put forward, in which economic development was used as the ba- sis; technology application was used for supporting; the govemment intervention was used for the method, sys- tem innovation was used as the guide; perfecting the legal system was used for protection; raising the conscious- ness was used as the guidance. |
