大豆(Glycine max Merr.)种子发芽基质的研究

摘    要:本文通过25份大豆品种的种子在纸上、纸间、砂、蛭石和海绵几种基质上的发芽试验,从种子发芽速率、发芽势、发芽率以及是否便于操作等方面分析,明确了大豆种子发芽以蛭石和海绵基质效果最好。海绵又具有比蛭石操作方便、环境清洁、易消毒、经济,可多次重复使用等优点,是目前大豆种子室内发芽试验较为理想的基质。

Abstract:Test of seeds germination of 25 soybean varieties was made by using several types of germination substrate such as blotter, sand, vermiculite and sponge. It was definite that the germination substrates-vermiculite and sponge gave the best effect in the rate of germination, germination percentage, germinative energy. Sponge has more advantages than that of vermiculite on avaliability ana operating, disinfecting, cheating and more economical. It has considerable merit for the laboratory germination test of soybean seeds at present.
