摘    要:
根据研究区内及附近气象站每日气温、相对湿度、风速和降水数据计算1991-2006年浙江省每日加拿大森林火险天气指数(FWI)系统各组分值;并利用Spline空间插值方法获得1991-2006年所有森林火灾发生日的FWI系统各组分值.浙江省森林火灾主要发生在松林、针阔混交林和杉木林.11月至翌年4月森林火灾发生日的FWI、细小可燃物湿度码(FFMC)和腐殖质湿度码(DMC)平均值较高.根据1991-2006年FWI各组分指数的分布和火灾发生情况,对FWI按低、中、高、很高和极高进行分级,其FWI指数取值范围分别为0-0.6、0.7-4.4、4.5-8.6、8.7-15.2、≥15.3.表明FWI指数对浙江省森林火险有显著的指示意义,FFMC和DMC对预测火灾的发生和蔓延有较好的指示作用.

Abstract:
Fuel moisture codes and fire behavior indices for Zhejiang Province were calculated according to local fire weather data for assessing forest fire danger during 1991-2006.Maps of Canadian forest fire weather indexes(FWI) system values were created by using Spline interpolation methodology to obtain FWI values for each fire site.Fire spatial and temporal distributions were analyzed.The results showed that the forest fires in Zhejiang Province occurred mainly in pine forest,coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest and Chinese fir forest.Most fires occurred from November to April of next year with high fire danger weather,such as high values of FWI,fine fuel moisture codes(FFMC) and duff moisture code(DMC).The FWI classes of fire danger were reassessed for conditions found in China based on the comparison of fire values.The fire danger classes of FWI ranged from low,moderate,high,very high to extreme high,whose values were as follows: 0-0.6,0.7-4.4,4.5-8.6,8.7-15.2,≥15.3,respectively.The FWI system reflected the regional fire danger and could be effectively used in wildfire management.
