摘    要:采用雾培栽培方式,研究营养液中添加0(CK)、2、4、8、16 mmol/L 5种不同浓度的HCO3–处理对黄瓜长势、果实产量和品质的影响。结果表明,与CK相比,较低浓度2、4 mmol/L HCO3–处理,能够提高黄瓜株高、茎粗和植株干重,促进光合作用、果实可溶性糖含量、硝酸盐含量和产量。2 mmol/L HCO3–处理黄瓜株高、茎粗、植株干重最高,4 mmol/L HCO3–处理黄瓜产量、光合作用最高,产量高于CK达16.44%;8、16 mmol/L 较高浓度HCO3–处理使黄瓜作物株高、茎粗、植株干重、可溶性糖含量下降,可溶性蛋白含量、VC和硝酸盐含量升高。说明向营养液中添加较低浓度的HCO3–处理有利于黄瓜作物的生长,较高浓度会造成不利影响。

Abstract:The influence of 5 different concentrations of HCO3- [0(CK), 2, 4, 8, 16 mmol/L] in nutrient solution by the areoponics was studied on cucumber growth, fruit yield and quality. The results showed that, compared with the control group, low concentrations of 2, 4 mmol/L HCO3- improved the cucumber plant height, stem diameter, plant dry matter, photosynthesis, fruit soluble sugar content, nitrate content and yield. Cucumber plant height, stem diameter and dry matter were increased significantly at the concentrations of 2 mmol/L HCO3-. Cucumber production, photosynthesis were improved obviously at the concentrations of 4 mmol/L HCO3-, and it explained that the yield was higher than the control’s by 16.44%. Cucumber crop plant height, stem diameter, dry matter and soluble sugar content were decreased, the soluble protein content, Vc and nitrate content levels were increased at high concentrations of 8, 16 mmol/L HCO3-. The results indicated that the nutrient solution including low concentrations of HCO3- improved the cucumber growing, and disadvantageous effects were found at high concentrations of HCO3-.
