| 摘 要： | 介绍了日本渔业法的历史沿革过程及其管理体系,并在该基础上对日本渔业权的法律特性、具体范畴、管理方法、渔业赔偿制度进行了梳理,指出日本渔业权制度和渔业调整委员会制度的建立为日本渔业和渔村经济的发展,以及渔村民主化政策的推行作出了巨大贡献,具有深远的历史和现实意义。
