摘    要:采用转相法制各12%-唑磷微乳剂,通过对配方组分筛选和优化实验,确定了最佳配方组成:三唑磷12%,溶剂二甲苯+丁醇+二甲基甲酰胺10%15%,乳化剂601#或1602#+P04+EP701G+LQ.50020%25%,水余量。药效试验结果表明,12%三唑磷微乳剂室内活性略优于20%三唑磷乳油,大田防效与20%三唑磷乳油无显著差异。

Abstract:Microemulsion of 12% triazophos was developed by using reverse method (water phase to oil phase). The optimum formulation by a series of selection experiments of different surfactants,solvents and water are as follows:triazophos 12%,dimethylbenzene+butyl alcohol+DMF 10%-15%,601# or 1602#+ P04+EP701G+ LQ-500 20%-25%,and the else water. The results of control test showed that the bioactivity of Triazophos 12% ME in the greenhouse is slightly better than that of Triazophos 20% EC,the efficacy of Triazophos 12%...
