| 摘 要： | 通过对图书馆人才的概念及其内涵的阐述,分析了重视图书馆人才的必要性,以科学发展观为指导,并借鉴了国外图书馆人才培养的方法、策略和途径,从树立科学的图书馆人才观、图书馆人才战略选择、推行全新的图书馆人才评价机制、图书馆人才引进和开发培养等四个方面提出了搞好图书馆人才建设的思路。
