摘    要:以性状上相互互补又同为Reid种质的郑58和长A37的杂交种为基础材料,按严格自交的系圃法进行选系,在自交4代即将稳定时,用EMS化学诱变剂对其进行处理,引发变异,选育出了矮秆玉米自交系08H67-2。

Abstract:We used Zheng 58× Chang A37 hybrids as basic material,which are Reid germplasm and have complementary characters.Breeding inbred lines by strictly selfing pedigree method,and in the fourth generation of selfing,we dealed the semistable inbred line usingthe chemical mutagen EMS tocause variation.By chemical mutagenesis in the rich gene materials,we bred dwarfmaize inbred line 08H67-2.
