农业现代化理论指标体系构建及其作用研究

农业现代化理论体系应由农业机械化、农业工业化、农业智能化和观光农业4个一级指标组成,其分别促进了城乡一体化发展的萌芽阶段、快速发展阶段、可持续发展阶段与和谐发展阶段的形成。信息化时代的到来,农业现代化成为实现"四化同步"发展的基础与重点。要实现城乡一体化发展必须以农业现代化为突破口,可以通过增强网络设施、农业物联网建设与农产品溯源追溯系统建设支出、出台现代农业企业进驻农村地区鼓励政策、调整农村产业结构、建立统一的信息平台、为观光农业提供必要的支持、加速农村生产性服务业的发展,逐步减少农业机械化发展等措施促进农业现代化快速实现,从而加快城乡一体化的发展步伐。

Establishment and Function of Agricultural Modernization Theory Index System

The agricultural modernization theory index system consists of four theory indexes of agricultural mechanization theory index,agricultural industrialization theory index,agricultural intelligent and sightseeing agriculture.Agricultural modernization promotes forming of unban and rural four stages integration:infancy stage,rapid development stage,sustainable development stage and harmony stage.With the arriving of the information age,agricultural modernization becomes a basis and focus object for development of the "Four modernizations synchronization".In the vast rural,integrated development of urban and rural must make agricultural modernization as a breakthrough.We can enhance network facilities,make more expenditure using the agricultural internet of things building and agricultural products traceability system building,make some encourage policies to modern agricultural enterprises stationed in rural areas,adjust to rural industrial structure,establish a unified information platform,provide the necessary support for sightseeing agricultural,accelerate the development of producer services in rural areas and gradually reduce the development of agricultural mechanize and so on.Through these measures we can promoting the fast realization of agricultural modernization,and speeds up rapid integration of unban and rural development.
