耕地抛荒问题研究

土地自古以来都是人们极为重视的宝贵资源，然而当前我国农村抛荒现象日益严重。耕地抛荒的演进具有一定的阶段性与周期性，其形成因素很多，但深层次原因在制度上。耕地抛荒造成的损失包括物质损益与价值损益。治理耕地抛荒的对策为：构架合理有效的土地流转制度；创新农地非正式制度；创设良好的制度环境。

The Research on the Abandoned Land Issues
