地衣芽胞杆菌对鸡呼吸系统黏膜免疫的影响

摘    要:将162只1日龄健康麻羽肉用仔鸡随机分成3组,每组3个重复,每个重复18只,CK组饲喂基础日粮,A、B组在基础日粮中分别添加50 mg.kg-1地衣芽孢杆菌制剂、30 mg.kg-1杆菌肽锌,饲养期28 d,观察3组肉鸡肺、气管、初级支气管肥大细胞、浆细胞的数量,淋巴组织的分布及气管SIgA阳性细胞的数量,研究地衣芽胞杆菌对鸡呼吸系统黏膜免疫的影响.结果表明:A组肺、气管、初级支气管浆细胞及气管SIgA阳性细胞的数量显著多于CK组(P0.05),肥大细胞的数量显著低于CK组(P0.05),A、B组间肥大细胞、浆细胞的数量差异不显著(P0.05);A、B组均能增加肺、气管、初级支气管中淋巴组织的分布.可见,地衣芽孢杆菌对鸡呼吸系统的黏膜免疫有一定的促进作用.

Abstract:In order to evaluate the effect of Bacillus licheniformis on the mucosal immune of broiler chicken respiratory system,one hundred sixty-two of 1-day-old muscovy chickens were divided into A,B,CK groups,with 3 replicates in each groups,and 18 chickens per replicate.The chickens in group A were fed with 50 mg·kg-1 B.licheniformis in their daily food,those in group B were fed with zinc bacitracin 30 mg·kg-1 in their daily food,ones in group CK were fed with only daily food.The experimental period was 28 days.Chickens were provided with food and water.The lymphoid tissues,mast cells,plasma cells in the lung,trachea,bronchus primarius of chicken were studied.And the cells secreted immunoglobulin A(SIgA) in the bronchi of chicken were also studied.The results showed that the SIgA cells and plasma cells in chickens of group A and group B were significantly more than those in the group CK(P<0.05) while the number of mast cells in chicken of group A were significantly decreased than those in group CK(P<0.05).There was no differences of the number of mast cells and plasma cells of chickens between group A and group B(P>0.05).Lymphoid tissue distributions in group A and group B were more intensive than those in group CK.All of these results suggested that B.licheniformis added to the feed of chickens could stimulate the mucosal immune of the respiratory system in the chicken.
