| 摘 要： | 采用辣椒疮痂病菌鉴别寄主谱,于2011-2013年对鄂西高山辣椒种植区疮痂病菌生理小种进行分析鉴定。采集到的32份辣椒疮痂病菌菌株为生理小种P0和P2,其中生理小种P0为优势小种。在以后的育种工作中可以根据生理小种的鉴定结果合理选用抗源基因,培育抗疮痂病辣椒新品种。

| Abstract: | Totally thirty two Xanthomona strains were isolated from hot pepper in western Hubei in China from2011 to 2013. The types of physiological race were identified with differential hosts, there were two physiological races identified P0 and P2 in the strains, and P0 was a dominant race in western Hubei. The results of the Xanthomona strain identification could help hot pepper breeding for bacterial spot resistance. |
