| 摘 要： | 河南是全国第一农业大省和第一粮食生产大省,同时也是国家粮食生产核心区。文章针对河南省耕地资源现状以及耕地保护中存在的问题,探索从耕地保护投入机制、耕地流转机制、耕地保护主体、耕地保护科技保障四个方面构建河南省耕地保护机制,从而促进河南省粮食核心区建设。

| Abstract: | Henan is not only China＇s first major agricultural province and the first major grain-producing provinces,but also the core area of national grain production.Based on status of farmland resources,as well as problems of farmland protection in Henan province,farmland protection mechanisms was explored from four aspects in the paper,including input mechanism for the protection of farmland,farmland transfer mechanism,the main body in protection of farmland,and farmland protection technology.This will contribute to the building of grain core area in Henan province. |
