| 摘 要： | 文章论述了热带作物产业的发展历程,以及热带作物产业在支撑国民经济、稳定农村社会和开展国际外交方面的重要作用,重点分析了我国农业产业化的引导性政策和扶持性政策,并从制定热带作物产业发展规划政策、产业化组织扶持政策、科技创新促进政策、财政金融投入制度政策和境外开发与拓展支撑政策等方面进行了建立我国热带作物产业政策体系的思考,以期为加快热带作物产业发展提供政策保障。
