| 摘 要： | 文章总结了山东棉花研究中心临清试验站建站时间长、人员稳定、生态竞争力强等主要特点,介绍了建站以来试验站承担的科研任务及取得的主要科研成果,阐述了在加强科研创新团队建设、完善管理机制、改善试验条件等方面的有效做法,着重探讨了试验站可持续发展的经验体会,即不但要深刻认识到试验站在科研工作开展和科研成果转化中的重要作用,还要注重经费投入及人才队伍建设。
