甘肃祁连山国家级自然保护区天然林保护工程生态效益初步评价分析

摘    要:根据天保工程效益监测数据、森林生态系统长期连续定位观测数据和森林资源二类调查数据,利用《森林生态系统服务功能评估规范》评估模型,对祁连山自然保护区天保工程区新增的28.29万hm2森林进行生态效益评价。结果显示:保护区天保工程区新增森林生态系统产生的生态效益总价值为174.85亿元/a;从森林生态系统各项服务功能所占比重看,从大到小依次为保育土壤、生物多样性保护、固碳释氧、涵养水源、净化环境、森林防护、积累营养物质、森林游憩。

Abstract:Based on benefit monitoring data of natural forest protection engineering,long-term positioning observation data of forest ecological system and second class investigation data of forest resource,ecological benefit of evaluation was conducted on new added 282 900 hectares of forest in natural forest protection engineering area of Qilian Mountain Nature Reserve by using evaluation model of"forest ecosystem service function evaluation standard".The results showed: 17.485 billion yuan/year total value of ecological benefit were produced in natural forest protection engineering area of Qilian Mountain Nature Reserve;based on the proportion of forest ecosystem service function,the order from big to small was as follows: soil conservation,biological diversity protection,fixing carbon and releasing oxygen,water conservation,purify environment,forest protection,accumulation nutrients and forest recreation.
