| 摘 要： | 就RNAi的特征、可能机制、存在问题及应用前景进行了综述。研究表明：RNAi是一种强有力的基因功能研究工具，具有重要的生物功能，能防御病毒侵染、维持转座子的稳定等。dsRNA介导的基因沉默现象已经广泛存在各种生物中，尤其在哺乳动物中，RNAi的存在为治疗人类疾病提供了有利的研究工具。

| Abstract: | Characteristics, possible mechanism, potential problems and application foreground of RNAi are reviewed. Researches show that RNAi not only has become a powerful and widely used tool for the analysis of gene functions but also has important biological functions such as defending virus invasion and maintaining the stabilization of transposable elements and so on. The phenomenon of dsRNA inducing gene-silencing has widely existed in lots of organisms, especially the existence of RNAi in mammals maybe become an advantageous research tool of the treatment for human's diseases. |
