| 摘 要： | 优美的园林绿化环境已成为城市住宅小区最基本的要素,并且直接关系到小区的整体水平及质量,也是影响人们生活质量的重要因素。同时,又是房地产开发商是否能够经营成功的一个重要因素,对商品住宅的销售产生了明显的影响。因此,住宅小区园林绿化已成为园林设计的一个重要类型。阐述了住宅小区园林绿化的作用,特点、要求和设计原则,需要注意的问题。

| Abstract: | The beautiful landscaping environment has become the most basic element of urban residential districts,which is directly related to the overall level and quality of residential districts,is very important for people＇s living quality,and is the important factor influencing the sale of commercial housing.The landscaping in urban residential districts has become an important type of garden design.The role,characters,demand,design principle and attentive problems of the landscaping in urban residential districts are introduced. |
