不同微生态制剂对产蛋鸡生产性能和血清生化指标的影响

摘    要:
用BM1259和益菌乐2种微生态制剂饲喂罗曼褐壳蛋鸡,比较不同微生态制剂组的生产性能和血清生化指标的差异。结果表明:①BM1259组产蛋率、料蛋比、破蛋率与对照组相比均差异显著(P<0.05),益菌乐组产蛋率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其它指标无显著差异;②BM1259组的总蛋白、白蛋白、血糖含量及肌酸激酶活性与对照组相比,均有显著性差异(P<0.05),益菌乐组与对照组相比,肌酸激酶活性有显著差异(P<0.05),其它指标均差异不显著(P>0.05)。综合各项指标,BM1259和益菌乐能够提高罗曼蛋鸡生产性能,改善血清生化指标,其中添加BM1259效果最佳。

Abstract:
This paper was to study the effects on production performance and serum biochemical parameters of laying hens by feeding two kinds of microorganisms BM1259 and Yijunle. The results showned that: ①the average laying rate and feed conversion ratio of the group BM1259 was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05);②TP,ALB,CK and Glu of the group BM1259 were significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05),the serum biochemical parameters of the group Yijunle had no significantly difference from control group except the CK parameter. It was concluded that microorganisms of BM1259 and Yijunle could improve the production performance and serum biochemical parameters of Lohmann layers,herein,BM1259 was a better microorganism.
