| 摘 要： | 将Invirtogen公司开发的一种RACE技术应用于甘蓝型油菜基因家族成员的克隆,克隆了查尔酮异构酶基因家族的全部6个成员和类黄酮3′-羟化酶基因家族的2个成员。应用结果表明:该方法具有低成本、高效率、能克隆全长基因的特点,适合甘蓝型油菜等多倍体物种基因家族成员的克隆。

| Abstract: | A new RACE method exploited by Invirtogen was used in gene cloning of Brassica napus L.in the paper.Six members of gene family of chalcone isomerase and two members of gene family of flavonoid 3′-hydroxylase were cloned from B.napus.The result indicated that it is a low-cost and high-efficient way,which could clone the full length of cDNA.It is suitable for cloning the genes from polyploid species like B.napus. |
