江西省毛竹笋矿质元素含量区域分异性研究

对江西11个设区市毛竹集中分布区的毛竹春笋的矿质元素进行测定分析,结果显示:地区、坡向、海拔和林分类型4个因素对各种矿质元素含量的影响规律相对一致,均没有达到显著水平。林分类型对各矿质元素的含量分异性影响最小,除镁元素外,其他矿质元素的含量均以纯林较高;坡向对灰分及除镁以外的金属元素含量的影响均较大,其中钙、镍、镁均以北坡含量较高,氮和灰分以东坡含量较高;海拔则对氮、磷和镁元素含量的影响较大,其中磷和镁元素均以海拔800m以上含量较高;地区因素在4个因素中排在第二位,对各矿质元素的含量都有较大的影响力,以赣北地区处于较高水平。

Analysis of the Mineral Element Contents of the Moso Shoots in Jiangxi Province

The mineral element contents of moso bamboo shoots from main producing areas in Jiangxi province ware analyzed.The results showed,the four factors,i.e.geographic region,slope aspect,altitude and stand type,had the similar impacts on the content of various mineral elements,which were all below the significant level.Stand type was the least important factor to impact on mineral element content.The contents of 7 mineral elements stood highest in pure forests except for Mg.The aspect of slope had greatest influence on ash content and 7 mineral elements except for Mg.The content of Ca,Ni and Mg was found higher at the north slope while N and ash were high in content at the east slope.Altitude imposed higher effect on N,P and Mg,and P and Mg had higher content at the sea altitude of 800 m.Geographic region was the second important factor,imposing greater influence on the content of all mineral elements.The content of mineral elements were at a higher level in the northern part of Jiangxi.
