| 摘 要： | 高通量测序技术可一次同时测定几十万到几百万条核酸分子序列,在兽医临床上已被应用到畜禽疾病诊断、疾病监测、致病机理研究、耐药性分析等相关工作中。本综述结合应用实例对高通量测序技术在兽医临床的研究进展进行系统阐述,总结了高通量测序技术在兽医临床应用中的局限性和解决措施,并展望了高通量测序技术在兽医临床的应用前景。

| Abstract: | The high-throughput sequencing(HTS)technology can be used to simultaneously determine the sequences of nucleic acid molecules by hundreds,thousands or millions at one time,it has been used in veterinary clinical practice for diseases diagnosis and treatment,disease surveillance,pathogenic mechanism study,drug resistance analysis,and so on.This paper reviews the progress in research on and applications of HTS in the veterinary clinical field,points out the limitations of this technology in its wide use in the veterinary clinical field,suggests feasible methods to overcome these limitations,and looks into the prospect of more effective application of this technology in veterinary clinic practice. |
