冬季日光温室不同砧木嫁接黄瓜的光合性能比较

摘    要:采用TPS-Ⅱ型便携式光合系统,对冬季日光温室条件下3种砧木(黄籽南瓜,白籽南瓜和黑籽南瓜)嫁接黄瓜的光合作用特性进行了比较。结果表明:黄籽南瓜嫁接黄瓜的光饱和点最高,光补偿点最低,利用光能的范围最广;黑籽南瓜嫁接黄瓜的表观量子效率最高,利用弱光的能力最强。3种砧木嫁接黄瓜的净光合速率日变化均为单峰曲线,不存在"午休现象"。晴天时黄籽南瓜嫁接黄瓜的净光合速率高于其它处理,在阴天和连续阴天后初晴天时黑籽南瓜的净光合速率最高。

Abstract:The photosynthetic characteristics of grafted cucumbers on three stocks(yellow-seeded pumpkin white-seeded pumpkin and black-seeded pumpkin) in sunlight greenhouse were studied by using the TPS-Ⅱ portable photo-synthesis system in winter.The results were as follows: for grafted cucumbers on yellow-seeded pumpkin,light saturation point was the lowest,light compensation point was the highest,the range of using solar energy was the widest;for grafted cucumbers on cucurbita ficifolia,apparent quantum yield was the highest,ability of using weak-light was strongest.Diurnal changes in net photosynthetic rate(Pn) in three grated cucumbers exhibited single peaked curve.Net photosynthetic rate(Pn) of grafted cucumbers on yellow-seeded pumpin was higher than others on fine days,net photosynthetic rate(Pn) of grafted cucumbers on cucurbita ficifolia was the highest on cloudy days and fine days after cloudy days in succession.
