冀西北地区不同类型玉米胚乳细胞增殖动态与籽粒充实期的灌浆特性

摘    要:以4个玉米品种为试验材料,研究冀西北地区不同类型玉米籽粒胚乳细胞增殖动态与籽粒质量的关系。结果表明,增殖动态可用Richards曲线方程拟合,不同品种间胚乳细胞数有明显差异,第30天时,表现为郑单958>先玉335>张玉117>长城799;第50天时,单籽粒质量表现为郑单958>先玉335>长城799>张玉117。逐步回归分析表明,同一品种籽粒质量主要与胚乳细胞数有关,胚乳细胞数目、单个细胞质量与籽粒质量均存在极显著正相关,胚乳细胞数对籽粒质量影响最大,单个胚乳细胞质量次之;而不同品种籽粒质量除了决定于胚乳细胞数和单个细胞质量外,还决定于物质充实的状况。

Abstract:The dynamic of endosperm cell proliferation and its relation to grain weight of four different varieties were studied.Xianyu 335,Zhengdan 958,Changcheng 799 and Zhangyu 117.The result showed that the proliferation process of endosperm cell could be better modeled with Richards equation.The endosperm cell number of different cultivars were significant difference.It showed that the endosperm cell number of Zhengdan 958 was the greatest,the endosperm cell of Changcheng 799 was the smallest,the Xianyu 335 and t...
