| 摘 要： | 采用阻断ELISA法对单独接种高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征组(hpPRRS,B组)及PCV2人工感染21 d后接种hpPRRS疫苗组(PB组)不同时期血清中的PRRSV抗体进行检测,同时对不同时期前腔静脉血进行CD4/CD8流式细胞术及血常规分析.结果表明,在接种后32 d B组白细胞含量极显著高于PB组(P＜0.01),接种后62 d B组淋巴细胞含量极显著高于PB组(P＜0.01),接种后75 d PB组幼稚型Th细胞含量显著高于B组(P＜0.05),接种后32、62及75 d B组Tc细胞含量为PB组的2.40、1.98和1.86倍,接种后32、48及62 d B组记忆/激活Th细胞含量分别为PB组的1.54、1.46及1.32倍.
