基于ANSYS钢闸门吊耳框架应力集中的安全分析

摘    要:针对水工钢闸门吊耳框架结构复杂的情况,利用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS复核其受载结构安全。有限元仿真分析中出现的极少数单元Mises等效应力超过许用应力的结构应力集中现象,由于响应区域内材料塑性变形影响,可以引起结构应力重新分布,应当考虑线弹-塑性失效因素。通过吊耳上框架线弹-塑性失效仿真、承载考核试验等成果分析表明,结构整体呈现一定的受载耐受特性,吊耳框架具备设计承载能力。

Security analysis based on ANSYS of stress concentration to steel gate lifting lug frame
Abstract:Abstract:Allowing for the complex structure of lifting lug of hydraulic steel gate, this article applies ANSYS to check the safety of the given bearing structures. Actually, there are indeed a few units whose Mises stress exceeds the allowable stress, which gives rise to stress concentration. The reason lies in the fact that the internal stress will be redistributed considering the influence of plastic deformation in responding regions. Hence, the linear elasticity–plastic failure factor needs to be taken into account. The simulation analysis of linear elasticity–plastic failure and bearing capacity test prove that the entire structure possesses a load-enduring property to a certain degree, and the lifting lug frame is equipped with designed bearing capacity.
