攀西地区稻米垩白的变异及其影响因素初探

摘    要:通过多品种多栽培因素试验 ,分析了攀西地区稻米垩白性状的变异特征 ,结果表明 :籼稻的垩白粒率、垩白面积和垩白度均大于粳稻 ,籼稻中杂交稻又大于常规稻 ,而各垩白性状的变异系数则相反 ;同品种垩白的大小因栽培地点和海拔高度而异 ,高海拔地区籼稻品种的垩白大于低海拔地区 ,而粳稻品种则有相反趋势 ;栽培措施对稻米垩白有显著影响 ,影响的大小因品种和措施而异

Abstract:Based on the experiments of many cultivating factors with different varieties, the variable characteristics of rice chalkiness in Panxi region were analyzed in this paper. The results are as follows: The percentage of chalkiness grains, chalkiness area and degree of indica varieties are larger than that of japonica varieties, and those of hybrid indica varieties are larger than that of conventional indica varieties, while the changeable tendency of variation coefficient of chalkiness among varieties are inverse. The chalkiness of indica rice planted in higher altitude region are larger than that planted in lower altitude region, while the variable tendency of japonica rice are seemly inverse. The cultivating technique has significant effects on chalkiness of rice, and the effects depend on the variety and technique.
