普洱市不同生态区域的烟叶质量特征研究

摘    要:为进一步发挥普洱得天独厚的自然条件,不断生产出能满足中式卷烟发展需求的优质烟叶原料,对普洱市全部6个植烟县区、10个乡镇烟叶质量特征进行了综合分析,对不同植烟区域烟叶品种进行了相似性比较。研究得出:普洱10个试验点烟叶化学成分均存在较大差异,烟叶主要常规化学成分协调性较好,除了下部烟叶(X2F)的糖碱比和氮碱比偏高外,总体表现为两糖差小、钾氯比高;各试验点烟叶香气物质含量也存在不同程度的差异;各试验点的各部位烟叶的感官质量指标差异不大,其中下部叶以九甲乡的综合得分略高,中部叶以云仙乡的略高,上部叶以鱼塘乡的略高。以10个试验点的烟叶化学成分及感官质量分析检测数据进行主成分分析得出:普洱各试验点各部位烟叶均可分为3大类型。

Abstract:For further into full play advantageous natural conditions, continually produce materials to satisfy the requirements of the Chinese style cigarette of high quality development, the project researched 10 sites from the 6 counties planting tobacco in Pu ’ er, the quality of tobacco leaves characteristics were analyzed for different area. The study showed that 10 sites tobacco existed differences between chemical composition, tobacco main routine chemistry compatibility was good, besides the sugar than alkali and nitrogen than alkali of X2F was high, overall performance for two sugar small, potassium than chloride high; Tobacco aromas material content was different degree; There was slightly difference among different area in the sensory quality indexes and comprehensive score, X2F from Jiujia township slightly a comprehensive tall score, C3F from Yunxian township slightly a comprehensive tall score, B2F from Yutang township slightly a comprehensive tall score; With 10 sites tobacco chemical composition and sensory quality inspection data analysis of principal component analysis concluded that produces can be divided into 3 types of tobacco.
