沙棘叶片光合速率与其环境因子的日变化规律研究

摘    要:本文对沙棘迅速生长期和果实成熟期的光合速率、气孔导度、细胞间CO2浓度等生理因子和光合有效辐射、叶温、气温、空气相对湿度等气象因子的逐时变化进行了测定,分析了在不同生育期各因子的日变化规律。结果表明,光合速率的日变化具有双峰型,存在光合午休现象,6月的光合速率高于9月;沙棘的气孔导度较低,其日变化与光合速率有相似的变化趋势,6月的气孔导度大于9月;细胞间CO2浓度的日变化与光合速率和气孔导度的日变化相反,12:00之前下降,之后上升,16:00下降,然后上升;气象因子的日变化具有单峰型,峰值14:00出现,对生理因子的影响是间接且综合的。

Abstract:Leaf net photosynthesis(Pn),stomatal conductance(Cs),intercellular CO2 concentration(CCO2),photosynthesis active radiation(PAR),air temperature(Ta),leaf temperature(Tl)and relative humidity(RH) of air were measured in rapid growth stage and fruit maturity stage of Hippophae rhamnoides.Diural variations of individual factor were analized.Results showed: diural variations of leaf Pn displayed bi-peaked curve model,indicating the depression of photosynthesis at noon.Leaf Pn rate in June was higher than in September;Compared to leaf Pn,Cs had a similar changing curve,Cs in June was higher than in September.While diural variations of intercellular CO2 concentration were opposite to that of leaf Pn and Cs,decreased before 12:00,increased after 12:00,decreased again at 16:00,after 16:00 increased again;diural variations of climatic factors displayed single peaked curve model,peaked-value occurred at 14:00,and their influences on physiological factors were indirected and integrated.
