| 摘 要： | 以经过初选的31个5年生刺槐无性系为试验材料,1个一般生产品种作为对照,运用数量遗传学原理和多元统计分析方法对各无性系主要性状的遗传变异进行分析和评价,进一步选出优良品系,并为刺槐的遗传改良提供建议。结果表明:参试无性系在7个性状上差异显著,并受较强的遗传影响,说明有必要对各无性系进行选择。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzed and evaluated for seven traits of the Black Locust clones,which included thirty-one five-year-old firstly selected clones and a general one,and then selected the better clones out of them and gave some advice on genetical improvement of the Black Locust.Variance and covariance analyses were estimated to determine heritability of traits and genetic correlation between traits.The results showed that there were highly significant differences on all traits measured and they exerted stronger degree of genetic control.So it was necessary to take a selection among the clones. |
