摘    要:分别在常温(25℃、相对湿度40%)和低温(13℃、相对湿度80%)贮藏条件下,对贵妃芒涂膜、浸泡液+涂膜、清水清洗3个处理的贮藏指标进行了测定,表明浸泡+涂膜处理的保鲜效果最好,在低温高湿条件下能明显延长芒果的贮藏期。

Abstract:Under the two storage conditions, at the normal temperature (25 ℃, relative humidity 40%) and the low temperature (13 ℃, relative humidity 80%) respectively, the treatments of CK, coating, soaking+coating were used to Guifei mango storage. Soaking+coating treatment was found the best effect to refreash mango through testing the variable characteristics about refreshing index,and the mango can keep fresh for a long time in the condition of low temperature and high humidity.
