摘    要:
应用EOSMOS/M参数化有限元程序语言及Delphi面向对象高级语言,以4105、490型柴油机活塞的类型和结构为基础,编制活塞参数化三维有限元计算分析程序及建立其数据输入输出处理接口,对活塞温度场及其影响因素进行了定量分析,为活塞的结构优化设计提供有效的依据。

Abstract:
A parametric 3-D FEM program for piston thermal load analysis and its data interface program were developed with COSMOS/M parametric command language and Delphi object oriented language. The whole program could overcome difficulties related with calculating the changes of temperature field of piston in varied structures and boundary conditions due to its full parametric FEM analysis model and convenient data input interface program with verification function. The developed programs were used to calculate the piston thermal fields of 4105 and 490 diesel engines in steady state, the influence of structure size and temperature of cooling water were also discussed. The solutions are of great value to the optimum design for piston structure.
