| 摘 要： | 本文通过对长白落叶松种子园自由授粉子代林的测定,采用方差分析及对比分析,表明子代林的实际增产效果和遗传增益都很显著。落叶松树高,地径的家系遗传力分别是53.9%和42.9%,遗传增益分别为18.7%和31.4%,证明了按表型选择的有效性。为建立遗传增益更高的改良种子园,本文运用 PCA(主成分)分析方法对各家系进行了初步选择,较好的家系有13、22、32、14、15、27、31号,并估算出以不同入选率建立改良种子园树高、胸径的遗传增益。

| Abstract: | the methods of variance analysis and comparison analysis, the open pollination progeny test of olga hay larch seed orchard proved that the realized increase yield effects and genetic gain of the progeny forest is significance.The tree height and ground dialneter of olga hay larch family heritability is 53.9 and 42.9 percent respect- ively,the genetic gain is 18.7 and 31.4 percent respectively,which proved the efficacious of the phenotype seiection.The better families, or 13, 22, 32, 14, 15, 27 and 31th family,were selected by using the method of principal component analysis (PCA) .The different genetic gain of the tree height and diameter breast highwere estimated depend- entupon the different selected rate for setting up the improved seed |
