| 摘 要： | 阐述了植物新品种权保护制度立法进程及理论研究进展,结果表明植物新品种权保护制度理论研究主要在保护制度与经济效益、保护制度比较分析以及农民利益的保护方面,而林业植物新品名保护与经济效益等方面的研究进展缓慢。

| Abstract: | This paper expounded the legislation process and research progress of new plant variety right protection system,the results showed that new plant variety right protection system theoretical research mainly focused on the protection system,the economic benefits,comparative analysis of protection system,as well as the protection of the farmers' interests,however,the research progress on the new forestry plant variety protection and economic benefits still was slow. |
