摘    要:利用盆栽对6个玉米自交系在拔节期和抽雄期造成水分胁迫,7d后取样进行酯酶和过氧化物酶同工酶电泳分析。结果表明,水分胁迫后,酯酶同工酶在两个时期酶谱表现不一致,但与胁迫影响无关。过氧化物酶同工酶表现为抗旱自交系酶活性上升,不抗旱自交系酶活性下降,其中第5带的活性变化与总活性变化一致,抽雄期表现更为明显。

Abstract:The esterase and peroxidase isoenzymes from six different drought resistant lines were detected during elongating and tasseling periods by poloycrylamide gel electrophoresis method. The results showed that the esterase isoenzymes revealed changes during the two development stages, but it was not the result of the stress. The activity of peroxidase isoenzymes in drought resistant self-bred lines rose after water stress, whereas the falling activity was found in non-drought resistant self-bred lines. The variation in the activity of the fifth band was consistent with that of the total activity and more significant at the tasseling stage.
