稀土浸种对黄瓜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:本文研究了稀土元素对黄瓜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,稀土溶液浸种,750-1000mg/L浓度范围内,发芽势,发芽率显著提高,发芽势增幅为对照的41%,发芽率增幅为对照的24%;植株鲜重和干重显著提高,为对照的1.77-1.78;根长和芽长也有所增加。1000mg/L浓度处理电导率下降为对照的73%。750mg/L浓度处理提高了萌动种子呼吸速率及淀粉酶活性,增幅为对照的1.27和1.86;同时也提高了幼苗的根系活力,为对照的1.27。实验表明,稀土浸种对促进黄瓜幼苗吸收矿质营养元素影响不大。当处理浓度超过1250mg/L时,黄瓜种子的萌发和幼苗生长受到抑制,几个生理指标下降。

Abstract:Effects of Rare-Earth elements on cucumber of its germination of seeds and growth of seedlings were studied. The results showed that, treated with 750-1 000mg/L of Rare-Earth element, the germination trends and percentage were promoted by 41% and 24%,the seedlings were markly increased 1.77 to 1.78 times more in fresh and dry weigh than the control, the length of roots and buds were also promoted. The conductivity was in the concentration of 1 000mg/L was decreased to 73% of the control. Treated with 750mg/L of Rare-Earth element, the respiratory rate, the amylase and the root activity were also enhanced to some extend. On the other hand, soaking with Rare-Earth element was exerted less promotive effect on obsorption of mineral nutrition of cucumber seedlings. The seeds germination and seedlings growth were depressed by high concntration (1 250mg/L)of Rare-Earth element, and the physiological indexes were lowerer than the control.
