祁连山北坡云杉母树林调查设计

本项试验是通过调查规划设计,在祁连山北坡天然优良林分中营建青海云杉母树林600余亩,首次在该林区建立了林木良种基地,为实现林木良种化迈开了第一步,对促进林木良种基地建设具有一定的意义。本次母树林建立从确定面积、样地调查、规划设计和经营管理等方面着手,设计方案的基本设想,主要以林冠郁闭度为基础,兼顾其它因素,方法简捷,精度可靠,有所创新,便于推广使用。

The Investigation and Design of the Mother Forest of Picea Crassifolia on the Northern Slope of Mountain Qilianshan

As a result of programme disign and investigations, 600 mu of a mother forest of picea Grassifolia was set up as a variety—improving base for the first time in the good natural forest growing region on the northern slope of Mountain Qilianshan.This is regarded as the first step in accomplishing the task of improving vavieties of trees, and in a certain sense can promote the building of bases of improved tree varieties. The building of the mother forest was begun with the decision of the acreage, the selection of the sample land, the design of the programme and the considerations about the management.The design is mainly based on the density of forest conopy, other factors being taken into consideration.The method brings forth new ideas.And it is simple and direct, reliable in precision, convenient to spread and easy to adopt.
