摘    要:以鸡腿菇的15个栽培菌株和1个野生菌株为试验材料,对菌株进行了农艺性状比较及相关分析,结果表明,鸡腿菇菌株菌丝体日均生长速度在2.34 mm·d~(-1)~3.93 mm·d~(-1)之间,在菌丝体密度上有差异;菌株间子实体的菌帽长度和菌柄直径间也存在差异;生物学效率测试表明Co9、Co10、Co11、Co18、Co5为适宜于南充地区栽培的菌株,其生物学效率分别为117.55%、104.97%、113.07%、104.64%、100.49%、102.55%。经相关分析后,菌柄直径、菌柄长度、菌帽长度、菌帽厚度与单个子实体重量呈极显著的正相关。

Abstract:The agronomic characters of 15 cultivation strains and 1 wild type strain of Coprinus comatus were studied. The re- suits showed that the mycelium growth velocity were between 2.34 mm·d-1-and 3.93mm·d-1, and their clone density was differ- ence. There were difference in cap length and stipe diameter among 16 Coprinus comatus strains. The biological efficiency test showed strains Co9, Col0, Coll, Co18, Co5 suited to be cultivated in Nanchong, and biological efficiency reached to 117.55%, 104.97%, 113.07%, 104.64%, 100.49%, 102.55% respectively. The correlation between single fruitbody weight, stipe diameter, stipe length, cap length and thickness were significantly positive.
