摘    要:为了探讨生防菌H1、H2和H3的拮抗、溶菌和重寄生作用,以生防细菌菌悬液喷施黄瓜叶面,扫描电镜观察白粉菌生长状况.结果表明,生防菌H1、H2和H3均可在白粉菌丝上繁殖.生防菌H1处理24 h后,白粉菌丝有扭曲变形、破裂和菌丝溶解等现象;生防菌H2处理24 h后,白粉菌丝出现扭曲变形和破裂发生;生防菌H3处理24 h后,白粉菌扭曲变形、菌丝凹陷,未见菌丝溶解.以上观察结果表明,生防菌H1对白粉菌丝具有拮抗和溶菌作用,生防菌H2和H3对白粉菌丝具有拮抗作用

Abstract:In order to explore the antagonistic,myceliolysis and hyperparasitic effects of bio-control bacteria H1,H2 and H3,the growth of powdery mildew was observed by scanning electron microscope after spraying bio-control bacteria H1,H2 and H3 suspension on cucumber leaf.The results showed that all of them could breed on powdery mildew hyphae;24 h after treatment with bio-control bacteria H1,H2 and H3,we could find the fungal mycelia hyphae were distorted,broken and dissolved treated with H1;the fungal mycelia hyphae were distorted and broken treated with H2,but after treated with H3,the powdery mildew hyphae were distorted and sunk,without myceliolysis.From the above we could conclude that bio-control bacterial H1 had a antagonistic and myceliolysis effect to powdery mildew,bio-control bacteria H2 and H3 had a antagonistic effect to powdery mildew.
