摘    要:黑籽南瓜(Cucurbita ficifolia,2n=40)是一种重要的瓜类资源作物,具有抗寒、耐盐及抗病等多种优良的遗传性状,作为嫁接砧木在瓜类生产中发挥了重要作用,其优良性状的挖掘与利用对于瓜类遗传改良也具有重大意义。本文从黑籽南瓜栽培及利用、遗传多样性、细胞学和细胞工程、基因克隆方面的研究展开综述,重点阐述了抗逆性及其生理基础的研究进展,并对未来黑籽南瓜的研究方向进行展望,为进一步将黑籽南瓜这一特殊资源的优良性状应用到瓜类蔬菜的栽培和育种实践提供新的思路。

Abstract:Cucurbita ficifolia is an important genetic resource of Cucurbit crops.It performs many excellent genetic properties,including cold resistance,salt tolerance and disease resistance,etc.It has played an important role as graft stock in Cucurbit crops production.It is of important significance to excavate and utilize its excellent characteristics for genetic improvement of Cucurbita crops.This paper reviewed the research progress made in C.ficifolia cultivation and utilization,genetic diversity,cytobiology and cell engineering,gene cloning;laid emphasis on progress in studying stress resistance and its physiological mechanism.Furthermore,the paper also prospected the future research directions on Cucurbita ficifolia.Thus,new thoughts for using excellent characteristics of this special resource--Cucurbita ficifolia in Cucurbit crops cultivation and breeding practice were provided.
