白腐真菌改善香菇菌糠结构性碳水化合物瘤胃降解特性的效果

摘    要:选用 4头装有永久瘤胃瘘管的杂交黄牛 ,采用 4× 4拉丁方设计研究白腐真菌改善菌糠结构性碳水化合物瘤胃降解特性的效果 .结果表明 ,白腐真菌能明显改善香菇菌糠结构性碳水化合物瘤胃降解特性 .香菇菌糠经 Y4 、Y5和 Y8等 3种白腐真菌处理后 ,干物质 (DM)、中性洗涤纤维 (NDF)、半纤维素 (HC)及酸性洗涤木质素 (ADL)的瘤胃动态降解率和潜在降解部分均有较大幅度提高 ,其中以 Y8菌种处理效果最好 .香菇菌糠经 Y8菌种处理后 ,DM、NDF、纤维素 (CEL)、HC及ADL的瘤胃动态降解率分别提高 62 .91 % (P<0 .0 1 )、1 1 1 .82 % (P<0 .0 1 )、43 .90 % (P<0 .0 5 )、70 2 .72 % (P<0 .0 1 )、1 2 6.0 9%(P<0 .0 1 ) ;瘤胃潜在降解部分分别提高 2 4.88% (P<0 .0 1 )、1 5 1 .5 3 % (P<0 .0 1 )、3 1 .2 7% (P<0 .0 1 )、45 1 .2 1 % (P<0 .0 1 )、1 64.5 4% (P<0 .0 1 ) .

Abstract:Four hybrid yellow cattle fitted with rumen cannulas were selected to estimate degradability of structural carbohydrates of waste material from lentinus edodes (WMLE) treated with white rot fungi in the rumen. The experiment was designed with a 4×4 Latin square. Results showed that three kinds of white rot fungi (Y 4, Y 5 and Y 8) increased the effective degradability and potentially degradble fraction of dry matter (DM), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), hemicellulose (HC) and acid detergent lignin (ADL) of WMLE. The effect of Y 8 was the best of all microorganism treatments. The effective degradability of DM, NDF, cellulose (CEL), HC and ADL of WMLE treated with Y 8 increased respectively by 62.91% ( P <0.01), 111.82% ( P <0.01), 43.90% ( P <0.05), 702.72% ( P <0.01), 126.09% ( P <0.01). Potentially degradble fraction of DM, NDF, CEL, HC and ADL of WMLE treated with Y 8 increased respectively by 24.88% ( P <0.01), 151.53% ( P <0.01), 31.27% ( P <0.01), 451.21% ( P <0.01), 164.54% ( P <0.01).
