葡萄渣对人工瘤胃发酵的影响

摘    要:利用Rusitec-S型连续培养系统,研究葡萄渣含量分别为0%、8%、12%、16%的日粮对人工瘤胃发酵的影响.结果表明:日粮中葡萄渣含量为16%可显著降低瘤胃挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)、干物质(DM)、有机物(OM)、粗蛋白(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的瘤胃降解率和NH3-N浓度(P<0.05);日粮中葡萄渣含量为8%、12%对人工瘤胃VFA、pH、DM、OM、NDF、ADF的降解率和NH3-N浓度无显著的影响,但葡萄渣含量为12%时可显著降低瘤胃NH3-N浓度和CP的瘤胃降解率(P<0.05).因此,日粮中添加葡萄渣以12%以下为宜.

Effect of grape pomace on artificial rumen fermentation
Abstract:Rusitec-S continuous culture system was used in this research.Diets were assigned into four groups,0%,8%,12%,16% grape pomace in dietary.The results showed that dietary grape pomace content of 16% could significantly lower rumen volatile fatty acids(VFA),dry matter(DM),organic matter(OM),crude protein(CP),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acid detergent fiber(ADF) degradation rates and NH3-N concentration in the artificial rumen.8%,12% grape pomace in the diet had no significant impact on VFA,pH,DM,OM,NDF and ADF degradation rate and NH3-N concentration,but the grape pomace content of 12% had significant reduction of NH3-N concentration and CP ruminal degradability(P<0.05) in the artificial rumen.Comprehensive analysis of above indexes,diets supplemented with grape pomace(dried basis) 12% is appropriate.
