摘    要:水稻是贵州省的主要粮食作物,水稻生产在粮食生产中占有不可替代的地位,提高水稻综合生产能力是保障贵州省粮食安全和农民增收的长期目标。近年来,随着我国城市化进程加快,农村青壮年劳动力流失严重,季节性劳动力严重短缺,劳动力成本大幅增加,土地抛荒现象时有发生,使得丘陵山地种植业人工作业成本超过了机械作业成本,迫切需要通过发展水稻全程机械化,建立水稻全程机械化生产技术体系,从而提高贵州省在水稻机械化方面的应用水平。

Abstract:The fundamental way out for agriculture lies in mechanization,rice is a major food crop in Guizhou province.Production in food production occupies an irreplaceable position.Comprehensive production capacity of rice is improved what is the long-term goal to protect the province′s food security and rural incomes.In recent years,with the urbanization in China,rural young labour′s loss is serious,seasonal labor shortage,labor costs increased substantially,and land abandoned phenomena have occurred.So labor cost exceeded mechanical operation cost in hilly and mountainous area.Realistic scale of rice mechanization was improved in Guizhou province with developing rice full mechanization,and establishing production technology system of rice full mechanization.
