基于主成分分析的黑龙江垦区农业循环经济发展评价的研究

采用主成分分析的方法,确定黑龙江垦区农业循环经济评价指标体系的内容,并对其进行量化评价研究。结果为农业循环经济发展总体水平、垦区资源减量投入、资源环境安全和生态保护政策是主要影响因子。因此,强化政府行政和执法力度,全面贯彻国家环境保护方针政策;积极促进环境科技环保产业的建设,加大科技的投入;加强国内外引资和国际合作,建设生态垦区是促进黑龙江垦区农业循环经济发展的重要措施。

Research of Agricultural Circular Economy Development Assessment by the Principal Component Analysis Method in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area

Using the method of principal component analysis, the article determined the evaluation index of agricultural circular economy and made a quantified evaluation in Heilongjiang reclamation area. The results showed that the overall level of agricultural circular economy development, reducing devoted resources in reclamation area, environmental safety resources and environmental protection policy were the main factors. Therefore, strengthening the government＇s administration and law enforcement, implementing the national environmental protection policy, promoting the construction of environmental technology and protection industry, increasing investment in science and technology, strengthening the domestic and international investment and the international cooperation, constructing the ecological reclamation area were important measures to promote the development of agricultural circular economy in Heilongjiang reclamation area.
