摘    要:对4种不同水分条件下油菜叶片的光合变化和膜伤害进行了研究。结果表明,在轻度干旱条件下,油菜叶片光合速率(Pn)和蒸腾速率(Tr)会增加,而气孔导度(Gs)则缓慢下降。随着胁迫程度加重,三者均出现明显下降。细胞间隙CO2浓度(Ci)在不同的水分胁迫下表现各异,轻度干旱胁迫下先下降再升高,而中度和重度干旱胁迫条件下却呈现明显上升然后趋于平缓趋势。叶片细胞膜透性和丙二醛(MDA)含量随着胁迫程度增加而明显增加。

Abstract:The pot culture of Brassica napus L.were used as plant material to study the changes of photosynthesis and membrane damage under 4 soil water stress level.The results showed that photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpirate rate(Tr) increased along with conductance(Gs)declined slightly under mild drought.Along with stress degree increased,Pn,Tr and Gs were restrained significantly.Intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci) increased and then decreased.Membrane permeability and MDA content also increased distinctly.This indicated that Brassica napus L.were tolerant in response to drought.
