哈尔滨市蔬菜产业发展现状和问题与对策建议

蔬菜产业是民生产业。作为种植业中的支柱产业,研究哈尔滨市蔬菜产业的发展,对发展农业、繁荣农村、富裕农民和丰富城市"菜篮子"意义重大。本文对哈尔滨市蔬菜产业的生产规模、品种、产业链、生产水平的现状进行系统的研究;在此基础上从鲜菜自给率、蔬菜基地数量、科学种菜水平、蔬菜加工转化率和科技人员状况等方面,分析了哈尔滨市蔬菜产业发展存在的问题;提出加强蔬菜基地保障和市场体系建设,推进体制创新和科技创新等政策建议。

Present Situation, Problems and Countermeasures of Vegetable Industry Development in Harbin

Vegetable industry is the livelihood industry. Studying the development of the vegetable industry, a pillar industry of the crop farming, in Harbin City is of great significance to development of agriculture, prosperity of rural areas, income of peasants and abundance of the city's food basket. Systematic research was done on the scale of production, varieties, industrial chain as well as the level of production, based on which, the problems of the development of the vegetable industry in Harbin City were studied from the respects of self-sufficiency rate of fresh vegetables, the number of vegetable bases, the level of scientific vegetable planting, the rate of vegetable processing and converting, as well as the scientific and technical personnel. Strategies like to strengthen the vegetable base and construction of the market system, and to promote institutional and technological innovation are proposed.
