离心式籽粒均布器的设计

籽粒均布器是千粒质量测试仪的重要组成部分,而千粒质量测试仪是选育优良品种过程中对种子进行评价必不可少的仪器.为此,设计了一种基于离心原理的籽粒均布器,从理论上推导出了实现籽粒均布的籽粒受力和通过性条件,确定了该系统结构参数的数学模型,并对软件系统和关键电路进行了设计.该系统能够实现在计数区间内对籽粒进行计数称量,为千粒质量测试仪的成功研发奠定了坚实的基础.

This paper states a centrifugal kernel machine,based on the structure mathematics model,which comes from the analysis of mechanics and time. In addition,it provides its crucial circuits and function. This machine could accomplish the work of counting seeds in its range,and it is also the basement of TKW machine' success.
