| 摘 要： | 分析了目前高校传统实验课教学中存在的问题,再以植物遗传育种实验——园艺植物花粉活力测定为例,提出MOOC理念在实验教学改革中的应用方案,以促进传统实验室教学方法和手段的改革,建立新型实验教学体系,为广大教师基于MOOC理念开展实验教学、拓宽教学思路提供参考。

| Abstract: | The existing problems in the traditional experiment teaching in colleges and universities were analyzed.Taking plant genetics and breeding experiment"Pollen Activity Assay of Horticultural Plants"as an example,the application scheme of MOOC theory in experiment teach-ing reform was proposed,so as to accelerate the reform of traditional laboratory teaching method and establish a new experimental teaching sys-tem,which could provide references for conducting teaching experiment based on MOOC concept and widening the teaching thought of teachers. |
