2016年武穴市气候特征与气象灾害分析

利用1981—2016年武穴市气象观测资料和灾情资料,采用统计分析方法,对2016年该市气候特征与气象灾害进行分析.结果表明,2016年武穴市气温冬春两季偏高,夏秋两季正常.雨水冬季偏少,其他3季偏多.入梅迟,出梅迟,梅雨期长,梅雨量明显偏多.日照时数夏季接近常年,冬春秋三季较常年偏少.入春早、夏秋冬三季迟来.年内主要气象灾害分别是隆冬低温加冰雪;初春寒潮来侵袭;4月暴雨天气多;初夏2次大暴雨;出梅后晴热天气多;夏末初秋干旱天;中秋雨多光照少.2016年因气象灾害造成直接经济损失153382万元,是2000年以来灾情最严重的一年.

Analysis of the Climatic Characteristics and Meteorological Disasters in Wuxue City in 2016

Based on the meteorological observation data and disaster data of Wuxue City from 1981 to 2016, the statistical analysis method was used to analyze the climate characteristics and meteorological disasters of the city in 2016.The results showed that in 2016 Wuxue City, the temperatures were higher in winter and spring, it was normal in summer and autumn.Rain was less than normal in winter, it was more in the other three seasons.Onset of Meiyu was late,ending of Meiyu was late,Meiyu period was long,Meiyu precipitation was significantly more. Sunshine hours was approaching perennial in summer, that was less than normal in winter,spring and autumn.Into the spring was early,the summer, autumn and winter was late.Major meteorological disasters during the year were respectively low temperature,ice and snow in win-ter;"cold wave"in early spring;more rainstorm in April;twice heavy rains in early summer;more hot weather after Meiyu;dry in late summer and early autumn;rain more light less in mid-autumn.In 2016,the direct economic loss caused by meteorological disasters was 1 533.82 mil-lion yuan, it was the most serious year since 2000.
