Theory and Practice of Green Poverty Reduction Based on 'Two Mountains Theory'

We discussed the background and theoretical innovation proposed by the theory of green poverty reduction,introduced the connota-tion of"Two Mountains Theory",summarized the practical innovation of green poverty reduction since the 18th CPC National Congress,inclu-ding ecological compensation and poverty alleviation,new energy poverty alleviation,poverty alleviation by green agriculture,poverty allevia-tion by tourism and poverty alleviation by cultural industries.The study put forward the enlightenment and suggestion of practice of poverty alle-viation in China:focusing on the transformation and development, guiding ideas, eliminating poverty and rehabilitating public services, and emphasizing on greenness, culture, inclusiveness and endogeneity.
